We accept company purchase orders, credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, as well as direct wire transfers.

Most of the time, orders placed before 2PM (Eastern Time) will ship out the same business day. Shipping times within the United States vary by distance from our warehouse in Farmingdale, NY.

For all of our products, the default shipping method is to send via UPS ground. However, faster shipping methods such as 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available.

Actual shipping charges will be billed to customer. We do not charge any handling fees.

We are fully capable of fulfilling international orders. Our syringe pumps are CE certified and we have international power supplies available. Our default international shipping method is through UPS.

Upon receiving the product and up to 20 days, the product can be returned with no restocking fee. After 20 days and up to 40 days, there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.

All of our products are covered by a two year warranty from manufacturer defect. Damage due to mishandling or improper use will not be covered.
