SGE PTFE Tipped Plunger Gas Tight Glass Syringes

A PTFE tip plunger minimizes carryover and prevents particulate matter from getting between the plunger and barrel by effectively wiping the barrel inner diameter during the plunger stroke. PTFE tipped plungers are suitable for both liquid and gas samples. Individually boxed. Pistons and barrels are interchangeable.

Stainless Steel Syringes These syringes are intended for high pressure applications with good resistance to most aggressive liquids. All syringe barrels and plungers are manufactured with #316 stainless steel. Syringes are fully autoclavable. Syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 750 psi. 8 mL syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 1500 psi. 3 Viton® O'Rings are included in each syringe. 2 on the plunger, 1 on the tip. Replacement O'Ring sets in Viton® or Chemraz® materials are available. Note: Stainless Steel syringes and parts are custom orders. Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Order Stainless Steel syringes and fittings separately. Choose either Luer Lock or SwageLok fittings, listed below the Stainless Steel syringes.

Replacement O'Rings for Stainless Steel Syringes

O'Rings insure against leakage. Syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 700 PSI. Stainless Steel Syringes come standard with Viton® O'Rings. Chemraz® O'Rings are ordered separately and are for applications requiring higher chemical resistance. Each syringe uses 3 O'Rings, which are included in each set.

Dual Check Valve has a fixed male luer lock outlet port, female luer lock inlet port and female luer lock control port. 3 psi cracking pressure. Made with polycarbonate and silicone. Connects to syringe tip.
Female and Male Luer Barbs Fits 1/8" ID tubing.
"Y" Connector Barbed Fits 1/8" ID tubing (3.2 mm).
PVC Tubing is a special non-toxic formulation of the highest quality polyvinyl chloride and special plasticizers without extenders or fillers. Clear water-transparency and absolute flexibility with dimensional stability. Ideal for many applications in the laboratory, chemical and industrial plants.
Silicone Tubing is peroxide cured.
PTFE Tubing is a smooth, non-porous and dimensionally stable tubing.
Dual Pump Plumbing Kit is for use with our continuous infusion system or dual infusion system. The kit comes pre-assembled, just attach the syringes.

Peristaltic Pump Tubing Formulated to withstand the high temperatures frequently occurring during food and beverage processing, Food Grade Tubing will outlast and outperform virtually all other food grade tubing. Industrial Grade Tubing outlasts and outperforms other specialty rubber tubing. It will not weaken or crack after years of exposure to heat and ozone. Chemical Resistant Tubing provides the most flexibility, highest temperature resistance and longest pump life available in a clear, plasticizer/oil free tubing. Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, ketones, salts and alcohols fitting the requirements of many applications from battery acid filling to hazardous material handling.
Peristaltic Pump Head Kits The PERI-HEAD-KIT-YG4 is a 4 roller 1/16"ID tubing kit for low volume, higher precision dispensing. Maximum dispense rate is 75 mL/min. This kit includes green 4 roller head, 4 ft. of PharMed® tubing, 8" nylon clamp ties, reduction couplers, and a vial of lubricant. The PERI-HEAD-KIT-YB2 is a 2 roller 3/16"ID tubing kit. Maximum dispense rate is 775 mL/min. This kit includes blue 2 roller head, 4 ft. of industrial grade tubing, 8" nylon clamp ties and a vial of lubricant. The PERI-HEAD-KIT-HGC2 is a 2 roller 1/4"ID tubing kit. Maximum dispense rate is 1000 mL/min. This kit includes clear 2 roller head, 4 ft. of industrial grade tubing, 8" nylon clamp ties and a vial of lubricant. The PERI-HEAD-KIT-J2 is a 2 roller 5/16"ID tubing kit. Maximum dispense rate is 1500 mL/min. This kit includes yellow 2 roller head, 1 ft. of industrial grade tubing, 2 couplers, and a vial of lubricant.
