Flow rates vary with your selection of syringe and the type of motor and gearing in the pump. Please call (631) 249-1392 to have our engineers confirm the correct selection for your application. The following are example flow rates for a sample of syringes. Higher flow rates are available.

The pumps can communicate with any software that is compatible with RS-232. If the software isn't compatible with RS-232, it will need a RS-232 converter.

The pumps are compatible with Labview. There is no driver necessary, however, it will work with a driver as well.

• Syringe Pumps: Rule of thumb is if you can push the liquid with your hand, we have a pump that can push the syringe plunger filled with your liquid. To reduce viscosity, you can utilize our Syringe Heater Kit. Warming up the fluid will reduce the viscosity.
• Peristaltic Pumps: Rule of thumb is if the liquid freely flows by itself, the peristaltic pump can move your liquid.

When ordering the demo pump customer must indicate which pump is for demo use. If this is not indicated, and we had charged customer's credit card account, customer will be liable for cancellation fee. Customer must contact New Era Pump Systems, Inc. within 10 days of receiving pump and inform us if the pump will be kept or returned. Up to 20 days, the product can be returned with no restocking fee. After 20 days and up to 40 days, there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. After 40 days we reserve the right to refuse returns. Only our pumps are available for demonstration. For International demo pump orders the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges.

For all of our products, the default shipping method is to send via UPS ground. However, faster shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are also available.

Actual shipping charges will be billed to the customer. We do not charge any handling fees.

You can order our products from our international distributors. Our syringe pumps are CE certified and we have international power supplies available. Our default international shipping method is through UPS. Any orders over $2500 must be sent through a UPS account only (our account or yours).

Actual shipping charges, customs fees, installation fees and taxes are not included in New Era website listed prices and will be billed to the customer. We do not charge any handling fees. This is a plug & play instrument. Installation is not necessary for operation. Installation, if requested, will be charged separately by your distributor.
